I had never heard of KomputerBay until I wanted to order RAM on Amazon. I hadn't seen any reviews on them or did I see customers comments on their products or services. I have been doing business on Amazon for over four years and thought I would rely on their recommendations in dealing with KomputerBay. I made my order for some DDR2 RAM which was shipped and delivered to me within three days. Most commendable! I installed the RAM and it worked perfectly ... passing all the RAM torture utility tests I gave it. About that time, I was also UPGRADING my system with a new, higher speed QuadCore Intel processor. The RAM I currently had, and the new RAM I purchased from KomputerBay, was a little slow (for the upgrade). I contacted KomputerBay and explained that I wanted to exchange/replace my RAM for faster RAM. They were more than sympathetic and willing to change out the RAM. Again, I received prompt service and speedy shipment. How could anyone ask for more from a vendor? I have since bought additional RAM for my machine and others too. Always worked perfectly and NEVER any testing or operating system errors. Their prices are VERY good and (I hope) will give the competition a real "run for the money.

The memory upgrade shipped quickly and worked just as expected. Memory upgrades either work or they don't - when your computer speeds up and doesn't develop new issues, I consider it a success. I added this to an aging Dell Optiplex 330 and it has been running for a month without problems.
