I am very disappointed with this product and the company that represents it. I ordered the white gogo boots for a Halloween costume. When I got them I tried them, on - they fit my feet however I could not zip the zipper up at all. I work out 5 days a week and have normal sized calves. I contacted the company and they said they would replace them with the correct size. I said the size was fine - they would not zip up. They then gave me a return authorization number and said that I would have to pay the shipping fee back plus a 20% re-stocking fee. I said, this was not my fault that the zippers would not fit. The lady said she would put a note in and see if they would honor my request. I shipped the shoes back via USPS and they denied the return. I then had to re-ship via USPS in it's own special box. I am now out 21.00 in shipping fees. And then to add injury, they still charged me the 20% re-stocking fee. I will never order again from this company....

I bought size 8 White PU, and when they arrived in the mail I promptly tried them on. In the foot they fit fine, though a bit snugly, but when I tried to zip them up they were too small! I have about a 14in calf--average for women in the US is 13 to 14 inches. One would think that as shoe size goes up the calf size in the boot would be bigger, but according to a rep I emailed all of them are 13-inches around. Also, at least in the model I want, they don't come in a larger calf size. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I bought these boots as part of a costume. I'm a little bigger than some girls, but no where near bigger than most, so I bought a size up to make sure the calves fit. When they arrived, however, they didn't fit AT ALL. Luckily, since the sole was the right size, I was able to take time and stretch the top of the boot, being vinyl, so it's all good, but if you don't have the time or patience to stretch vinyl, you may want to reconsider.

The color and shine were exactly as pictured for me, the heel is a comfortable height and width. Basically, except for the (fixable) sizing issue with the top, the boot is excellent, and a very fair price for the quality.
